Morning coffee to the last cocktail
ONIMA sits on the seafront at Ipsos, a few minutes north of Corfu Town. We open early for coffee and stay open late for cocktails, and in between there's a proper kitchen putting out food worth sitting down for. Across the road, our beach lounge and sunbeds look straight out over the bay.

Our story
Run by two people, not a chain
ONIMA is Giorgos and his partner, a young couple who put everything into one place on the Ipsos seafront and run it themselves, season after season.
The kitchen is where the money went. They brought in a chef and built a proper kitchen rather than a holiday-resort grill, because the plan was never to be another place on the strip. Breakfast through to the last cocktail, cooked properly.
You will usually find one of them here. That is rather the point.
Across the road
Tables and umbrellas right by the sea
Cross the street and you are at the water. Our tables and umbrellas sit on the beach itself, with sunbeds and low loungers alongside, and the same kitchen and bar looking after you. Order lunch and a cold drink without leaving your seat, then stay for the sunset.
